Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior your scheduled time if you want to cancel your appointment. Credit/Debit cart fee of 2.9% + 0.30 per transaction are not returnable/refundable.
